Surface Engraving – Etching into the surface/top layer of various materials. Can be paint filled.
Reverse Engraving – Engraving the underside of a material. This allows the top surface to remain smooth and the engraved underside can be painted in multiple colors if desired.
Laser Engraving – Using the laser to change the surface of the material. The depth of the mark in plastics and certain woods can be controlled by the number of times the laser is run. The fiber laser will give stainless steel a black mark from pulling the carbon out to the surface, giving the material a permanent blackish-brown mark.
